Perhaps the most valuable benefit of membership, however, is unprecedented access to you doctor. To put it simply, the DPC model allows our doctors to devote undistracted time to your needs. Visits will never feel rushed, and you will have time to have all your questions answered. Furthermore, visits are not restrained to the office – while we can typically offer same-day appointments in addition to regularly scheduled visits, you will also have after-hours access to your doctor through email, text, and video visit options. We are also happy to arrange for home and business visits whenever possible.

Included with membership:
- Convenient 24/7 direct access to your doctor by phone, text, email, virtual visits, and/or same or next day office visits. Home or office visits when available.
- Annual comprehensive physical exam with sex and age appropriate labs (up to $850 value per person).
- Sick visits and chronic disease management follow up visits with no copays or deductibles.
- Little to no wait time upon arrival to the office for appointments. Limited exposure to others as appointments are staggered to prevent overlapping of patients in the office at one time.
- Healthcare delivered by your own private, independent, and experienced Internal Medicine primary care provider. As your advocate, your doctor will make sure that if required, you are referred to the specialist that best meets your needs, instead of being driven by administrators and quotas.
- Relaxed and extended visits focused on developing a strong patient physician relationship allowing time for thorough investigation of presenting complaints, clear explanation of any planned diagnostic evaluation, and detailed recommendations for treatment.
- Basic in-office procedures such as skin biopsies**, joint injections, and cryotherapy. In-office tests such as EKG, urinalysis, hemoglobin A1c, and are provided at a transparent, low cost.
- In-house pharmacy providing many common medications at a deeply discounted cost. Dispensing of chronic or long-term medications will be coming soon. Please note that we do no store or dispense any controlled substance or potentially addictive medication.
- Wholesale lab prices up to 90% less than standard insurance prices.
- Imaging (radiology) studies which are at least 50% less than insurance prices.
** Skin biopsies are sent to a pathologist for evaluation – the pathology fees are billed separately by that office.
